Bottle photography for Bluecoat — Philly streets, distillery floor, no studio shortcuts.
I shot a full product photography campaign for Bluecoat American Dry Gin, the flagship spirit from Philadelphia Distilling. The brief was to break out of the seamless-paper studio look and put the bottle in the city it came from — rowhome stoops, alleys, neighborhood bars — and inside the working distillery on Frankford Avenue.
The deliverables ran across in-store displays, retailer pitch decks, the brand's website, and ongoing social. We shot during golden hour for the city work and used the distillery's own existing light for the production-floor frames. The point was to make the bottle look like it belongs where you'd actually drink it, not floating in a white void.
